OK. The spreadsheet has some revisions to the car/hotel details based on offline discussions and posts here.
I also created a tab to track our staffing shifts, and filled in some preliminary / example shifts. Please take a look at that, weigh in if you have issues with the general idea, and make notes regarding your preferred staffing hours (I suggested 2 hour shifts with lots of staggered turnover to keep things fresh and give people breaks, but we can modify.)
