As far as I can tell, this app isn’t compatible with real computers. Since I ditched my Kindle Fire HD (it was the worst), I don’t have any way to download this app, and apparently therefore can’t vote.
(Also, the Amazon reviews are not off to a good start, although there’s a lot of idiots who write Amazon reviews.)
