In a MOCable set I mainly look for something I ordinarily would not build on my own. The most recent set that did that for me is set 60182 “Pickup & Caravan” ( https://shop.lego.com/en-US/Pickup-Caravan-60182 ). It has a very nice parts selection and forms a very good base of a realistic vehicle and would be very easy to add onto.
