I’m no professional photographer but two things I always try to do is (1) have a great source of lighting (not necessarily the brightest light, which can sometimes give unwanted reflected glare, but the best light for the picture) and (2) have a “clean” background, which makes the MOC “pop” since there is nothing distracting in the background (clean doesn’t mean vacant, but just appropriate and complementary for the MOC being photographed).
