My aunt who lives in DC gave me a bunch of her MISB sets to sell for her
She gave me the LEGO (two) Grand Carousel to sell, yes, still in packages. Also I have 6 cypress trees, @bengood921, for $25 each. Honestly, I would not pay these prices but I am cheap and I thought I should let people know they are available in case anyone is interested.
