I can confirm that there will be monorail. That being said, who all wants a monorail running over their plates? I heights can be multiples of 10 bricks high and pilings can take up either a 6×6 square or 4 2×8 squares on the edges of a 6×6 square.
As for building plates I wanted to talk with Rich about collaborating on a space section.
