Tim, should we be contacting Rachael or someone else at the library before presuming we can use that room after the father/son event? I’d think we’d want to ask for it from 2:30 (or whenever the participants clear out) until 4 (when the library closes). That will give us some time to tear down the Wall display, and also give us incentive to keep things moving with the draft.
