I haven’t checked bricklink (or even eBay recently, for that matter), but the Imperial Flagship here is probably realistically going to fetch $100 at best and the two Renegade Runners vary from $30-40ish I’d say. Not sure about the Chinese pirate ship. Maybe $40??? Overall since the sets may not be complete I’m not confident you’d be able to get $200 out of them, although I’m sure it’s could happen. Of course when you factor in the minifigs and random accessories it would push it above $200 easily, but I personally think $250 is a stretch.
