Working on a new train project… parts are starting to arrive.

Stats:
Modest amount of 1900 Lego pieces (for the steam engine and coal car)
No 3d print or third party bricks.
Steam engine and coal car are nearly a yard long.
Paired Power Functions L-motors joined to a driveshaft powering both sets of eight driving wheels.
Geared down 3:5 for more torque.
Articulated and sized to run gracefully on standard Lego track.
Expected construction by September, if parts arrive as planned.

Thanks.I’m waiting on a few parts to finish out the proper details like this piping work so you’ll get to see it soon. The motorized rig has passed testing with standard Lego track and pulling cars.
