Carol has a few more sets ready to sell:

We have both the Brick Bank and the Palace Cinema ready to go. All pieces and all mini figures are with them. We’re thought we’d ask $300 for the Cinema and $600 for the Bank. (Based on Bricklink.) They are both built. No box or instructions.

Dang!!! Should have picked up a brick bank!!! That’s crazy they go for $600 used!

I think $600 may be on the high end for no box, no instructions, but that’s what she asked.
