OK, I have added everyone into the Set Up and Display shifts. Please double check to make sure I included everyone.

I did not enter anyone (other than myself) for the Tear Down shift. We are probably looking at Saturday, August 16 for tear down. Let me know if anyone foresees a problem with that. Thank you.

@timf, August 16th is the Q3 Meeting/Birthday party down at Josh’s, so probably not a good day for tear down at Cranberry.

That is certainly a flexible date so as we get closer to August, we can revisit when we want to do teardown. I just selected it as the middle of the month. Tear down does not need to be a Saturday; it could be a weekday evening depending if that would work for everyone.

I am not available 8/16. Could make 8/23 work. I would like to be last and make some measurements to try and fill in the MILS in that weird corner area.

Btw, I’m wondering about building a particular storefront for the winter show in Cranberry.
