New Modular Building Set

I like the color scheme, but how many corners can people’s neighborhoods have?

I mean, I figure they will max out at 4 corners, having a full block could be interesting. That being said, I never was into the modulars, but I think this might be my first purchase, since I work in film. It would be a sweet addition to my movie room.

I was bummed when I saw this. Probably means the cuusoo modular diner and theatre won’t happen. It’s just so awesome.
