I just updated my profile and added data for some of the components that were probably not there when I first created my profile in 2014 or so. One of the fields required is Birthday. Happy to add it – and then I was surprised to discover that the LUG had not contemplated someone born in my decade. I was born in 1954 but had to select 1960 as it was the oldest choice. So now you have false information about me. If you decide to update the pick list let me know and I’ll fix my year.
@carlsonf, I ran into the same thing when I joined 4 years ago (mine is in 1953)!! Some things never change!!
@rcgrier3406, we can just sit back and enjoy being years younger in the LUG!
LOL, i was going to post that I remember Bob had the same problem.
Don’t think it’s anything I have control over through the system…I can probably code a way around it, but who wants to do that?!?! I could probably just update it manually in the DB if you want it to reflect THE TRUTH.
It’s certainly not worth a moment of your time when you could be doing other things! I’ll just be younger here.
