In case you didn’t see, one of the October releases was a Gingerbread AT-AT and I plan on getting 2 of them. I already have the big fig Santa and what I would like to put together is a Star Wars themed Santa Sleigh as part of the larger display. I’ll turn the big fig Santa into a Darth Vader Santa and his sleigh will be the UCS Landspeeder.
So since I will have 2 gingerbread AT-ATs, I would like to have other LUG members bring theirs if they have them/are able to bring them and were planning on getting one (don’t buy one just for this unless you want to). So we would need 6 or 7 more (if we want to have a Rudolph or not) and I’ll get some string lights as well to string them all together.
So if anyone can or would bring 1 for that part of the display, please let me know in this thread by tagging me. Also, use this for the general Winter Trolley display stuff.
October 4, 2025 at 12:39 pm #66225I have 2. I can trade you for the Hoth bits if you’re done with em.
October 4, 2025 at 1:14 pm #66228@tcsbgdady Hoth will be showing at TUBS in November and then we can trade them to each other if that works for you.
Thanks so much for letting us use them all this time, they really have helped fill out the Empire.

October 4, 2025 at 5:32 pm #66235Subbed. I hope to have a little more time to help out than I did last year.
October 8, 2025 at 7:24 pm #66321I told Johnathan he could take point on this as I have a lot on my plate at the moment. I am happy to contribute and help as much as I can. I’m willing to set up the Christmas tree farm as usual.
October 12, 2025 at 1:16 pm #66368@laura so we know in advance, what are the expected dates for Winter Trolley?
October 12, 2025 at 4:21 pm #66372So setup will be on November 22nd and 23rd with the event running through Thurs, Fri, Saturday and Sunday through the 21st of December.
October 25, 2025 at 10:08 am #66501Ill bring a usual group of modulars and some winter village type sets… should be good for setup
October 25, 2025 at 10:31 pm #66513I have one ginger at at I already built can be lent to the cause.
October 29, 2025 at 9:07 pm #66583Yep and I have that first AT-AT lol
October 29, 2025 at 10:34 pm #66585Subbed. I have a ginger bread AT-AT on back order. If it comes in time It can be used for the display. I don’t have much Christmas I can contribute otherwise, but I am sure I can come up with something.
November 1, 2025 at 12:06 pm #66624Jonny, want to build out the events/shifts?
November 10, 2025 at 8:06 am #66717Yeah I’ll get there in the next day or so.
November 15, 2025 at 9:22 pm #66787So setup will be on November 22nd and 23rd with the event running through Thurs, Fri, Saturday and Sunday through the 21st of December.
how about times?
November 15, 2025 at 10:27 pm #66788Is it just me or are these events 2-3 deep anymore. First stop Friday, BAM sat, trolley sat and Sunday and sure I’m forgetting something. Think we are all still going to be recovering from
Tubs as well. We need some unpaid college interns to help. They can write a paper on the unground Lego world. lol.November 16, 2025 at 10:25 am #66793I can bring modulars
November 17, 2025 at 7:20 pm #66814We unloaded from TUBS this morning. Everything is more or less right where it was after Fall Trolley, except that the tables are in front and the MILS crates are behind so you can set up without unpacking the whole room first.

Currently, I have 3 Gingerbread AT-ATs and should be getting 2 more on Tuesday. So that’s 5 total, if we could get 4 more donated, we could have the full sleigh! Please let me know!
November 17, 2025 at 11:18 pm #66817Any idea on overall needs for this? I am trying to decide what to contribute.
November 19, 2025 at 5:47 pm #66868I’m going to bring the Fayette County Courthouse. It is 2 baseplates square.
November 20, 2025 at 11:35 pm #67003@willmcdine bring anything at all and everything! Winter Trolley is like Fall, just whatever works and we make a display and Laura’s stuff fills in!
November 21, 2025 at 4:02 pm #67015So only seeing myself and Tim for setup…is everyone too pooped from last weekend?
November 21, 2025 at 4:37 pm #67016I need to learn to read >.<
November 21, 2025 at 7:26 pm #67017I’m out of town. I can send a email blast to everyone if you want that.
As an aside, and possible motivator, I’m going to start a separate thread ahead of Q4 on an idea I have to have paid events be able to buy a set or sets and have people who staff events get a raffle credit. Should help with the sustainability of sets if Lego takes that away. I’m thinking to start that with this event.
