I need six of these plates, and I hope I can trade for them at Q3. Three matched sets.
What I want in the future is a lot more, and twice as many in blue matched sets. I use these plates stacked blue-yellow-blue on top of white wedge bricks to build angled walls, so if any Lugger has theae elements, I’m eager to trade for them.

Yes. These plates are a common building element for me, and I’m out, but only need three matched sets right now to continue.
I have a bunch of those plates in other colours, but not yellow.
I’ve never parted out a set that has them, but I see that 31023 Yellow Racers has 3 each of both left and right.
It’s only $30 at TRU, but the 6-month average part out value is $27 so that’s hilariously so not worth it.
