Thanks Josh! Hopefully it keeps chugging along. I wish I could edit the submission though. Lots of people have said they skipped my project because they didn’t sit through the video to see what all it does. Should have made it real short and to the point.

I do have some plans for updates and maybe take it to some LEGO conventions next year?

Yep, the Detective Office set comes with a debit card type mirror piece. it’s a little less than 4×7 studs and fits perfectly in the prism.

          Hi everybody!

I finally submitted my project, hope you’ll support it and share with your friends and family! I also hope one day I’ll make it to a meet and meet all of you instead of lurking this forum.

            Hey guys,

Got called into work yesterday, just got home a minute ago. Bummer I couldn’t stop by.

My project completely follows all the guidelines of LEGO Ideas. It’s a single concept and I want to demonstrate how you can customize it with your own bricks. Compare it to JK Brickwork’s Maze/labyrinth set or his pop up book project. Those sets proposed to LEGO Ideas had photos showing the potential of what you can do with the base model when you add your own parts and ideas.

Rich: It is quite small, only 110 bricks!

I’ll keep working on it and let you all know when it’s posted!

              Thanks everyone!

Hi Paula, like the profile photo. My step brother owns a business in Ohio restoring Deloreans.

I think the Star Wars sets just keep getting better and better. That last minifig scale X-wing is awesome and the new Shuttle Tyderium is perfect. I think it’s a better representation of the ship than the UCS version.

I’m a sucker for cool minifigs, Stormtroopers, HOT DOG MAN!

That may have been his name. It was months ago but I held off on sorting them until recently. Stupid work always gets in the way…

Thanks for the invite! Family came into town earlier than expected so I’ll have to make the next one.

Hey guys, I’m a newbie here. Wanted to say I tried to buy that lot on craigslist, same Cincinnati story, same “only worth my kids being happy with a playstation” story. Offered them $1000. Was ready to drive to Cinci when they said someone else had first dibs. They would only save them for me if I sent a deposit. Other guy never showed and they still wouldn’t take a thousand in person, they wanted a deposit.

Shame that scammers found Lego too. I guess anything worth anything can be used to rip somebody off.

I did have a great experience buying 50 pounds from a guy in Monroeville for $200. No figures but lots of fun stuff so far. Think I’ll be sorting for eternity…
