so idk were to ask this but should I invest in 19 pieces of monorail short track? its going to cost me upwards of 100 bucks. i want to build my space display and go lego monorail but some of this 3d printed stuff looks so much cheaper.
i could also do the same effect im looking for with 3 long and 3 short pieces of track since i have 1 long that i can find. but doing that makes the build harder to transport.
I won both the micro and fig size challenges and walter and I both used 1/2 cup on the auction stuff.
I do believe the original plan was the ships were additional prizes.
I also have 4 green baseplates for SWR and ill only be needing 2 oh the 48×48 so one will be going back with the plates at trolley.
Lastly the white and blue brick i used to reinforce gregs sky and that we used at greensburg will hopefully going back this weekend.
@tcsbgdady i found my duplo baseplate if you still want one.
@whitesidewjw I dont mind driving to you or even waiting till Q4.

@bengood921 i moved the VV before the picture but its pretty much done. I had to order like 24 dollars in parts. Luckily almost every part comes in white.

I was going to start the thread after the meeting. And i was planing on going down there this weekend.
I was under the impression we didnt use social media much as a group. Like i see some posts but with how much content we all produce we could have much more of a following.
@philmatt24 this part of our forum is public and as such i thought id be best to censor myself.
Anyway a few days left I dont think i’m going to win (obvious from the start) but it was cool to finally enter one of these. Thx to anyone that hearted mine.
@zaximillian yeah sure i can host i just need to clean up my room a bit i’ve been busy fixing my cars. but yeah just txt me some dates and ill see what looks good.
Looks great. I have not MILSed the space display. We can make a transition though. If you have time, you could build a landing pad for the Sparrow. When we get back from our trip, you’ll have to come over and we can mock up how things will fit together.
Lol i didnt even think about a landing pad or my sparrows.
As far as meeting up you know me im free. Ill have to bring my kids though.
