@watchwmarcella I believe you have the box for Louise the Chicken, and I suspect that the “ocean wave” stand alone is in it since I don’t see it in the photo. I’ll be at Q4 if that would be good for me to get it from you then.

I really like the mosaic floor in the entry using the envelope tiles. Sand green looks good with red and white.

Hi Pamela, welcome to the LUG! I also recently discovered how much fun LEGO is now (yup, had just one box of bricks as a kid with a couple of doors and windows, guess I was supposed to build a house). I recently built the TreeHouse, so much fun and pretty.
Did you play the LEGO video games? I played them on xbox 360 with my daughter when she’d come home from school.

Welcome to the LUG! Wildlife builds are also one of my favorites. My sister is a high school biology teacher and last year I built a model of her classroom (love the new virus tile). I’m looking forward to meeting you at the Ross Park Mall event!
Awesome design! And I really like the background you dropped into the instructions, I didn’t realize that could be done.
Louise the chicken is finished! It’s a good thing we’re not including books, because hers is huge! MOC footprint is 9″x4″ and 12″ high.
I can confirm “Louise, The Adventures of a Chicken” by Kate DiCamillo – just putting the finishing touches on her today.
